Simplified a complex first-time shopping experience and modernized the mobile design system to support scalable, data-informed product growth.
View in Your Room was a core feature within the Amazon Shopping app, but first-time customers often failed to grasp its value due to a long, fragmented onboarding flow built on legacy UI patterns.
This project focused on rethinking the overall experience and modernizing foundational mobile components to reduce friction and enable scalable adoption across teams.
